How long will it take you to repair my items?
Generally speaking all pc repairs or laptop repaira are done onsite and are completed within the same day a Techno-g engineer. On some occasion parts maybe required, resulting in a delay in item being fixed and is dependent on part arriving.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards or debit cards, however due to security issues we do not accept cash on site.
Do you only use original replacement parts?
The parts we install are usually a direct manufacturer replacement, however on some occasions that is not possible. If we are unable to find original parts, then we will find high quality parts, which will match the original part in performance.
How long will a warranty be for my repaired item?
All repaired items, that have had a replacement part installed, come with a 30 day warranty.
